With over 22 years of experience in the tech industry, including 15 years in the U.S., Tanya has worked with leading IT consulting firms on a wide range of projects spanning CRM solutions, ERP implementations, custom product development, Salesforce (SFDC) deployments, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
She has successfully led multiple end-to-end IT transformation initiatives, driving organizational efficiency and digital adoption across teams of 300+ employees through structured training and change management programs
Tanya has extensive experience in managing global software development teams, both onshore and offshore, overseeing 24/7 product support operations, and resolving critical escalations under high-pressure environments
Most recently, she has been associated with Gigamon, a leading network security company, and Automation Anywhere, a global pioneer in intelligent automation, both headquartered in Santa Clara, California
Zoltan Szabadi
Principal Consultant & Advisor

Zoltan Szabadi has been a technology leader for three decades. He was a founder of three start-ups in the 1990s and 2000s of which two were successfully sold, the latter to a public company
Zoltan joined Amazon in 2008 to lead partnerships for their third party merchant business. After a few years he shifted into AWS where he founded and built their global emerging partner organization, leading a team of partner managers that oversaw over $1 billion in annual sales. Zoltan later moved to Google Cloud, where he was responsible for launching their Managed Service Provider partnerships and was also a founding leader of the Partner Technical Support team. Again, he built new partnerships and business models from scratch that were driven by dozens of partner managers to hundreds of partners around the globe
Most recently, Zoltan had been working for mapping providers including VP of Partnerships for Mappedin and Mapbox. He’s now making his unique expertise in Cloud channel sales, technology partnerships, and alliances available to clients ranging from business facing start-ups to enterprise ISVs
Dipankar Bhawal

Dipankar is seen as a trusted advisor for clients and has helped organizations like Twitter (Now X), Google, ebay, PayPal, Snapchat, Intuit, Yahoo! amongst others
Dipankar spearheaded the build of a co-funded Tech. lab with Google Inc. in San Francisco called ‘CloudLabs’ and ran AI/ML models with Google. Started the Cloud Center of Excellence, leading to cloud adoption, consumption and transformation and inked some extremely strategic deals and alliances
Led and ran large, multi-cultural, sales, delivery, and six-sigma teams. Dipankar is also a certified change management, lean and six sigma trainer
Before founding the TDIT Group, Dipankar worked as the SVP and head of sales for Hi-Tech and Fin-Tech with various ITeS organizations in the silicon valley. On the Rutgers Big Data advisory board in San Francisco

Shannon brings 15+ years of experience in operations, analytics, and business transformation, with a strong background in contract operations leadership at organizations like Automation Anywhere. She has led large-scale operational initiatives, contract lifecycle management programs, and cross-functional process optimization efforts that drive efficiency, scalability, and measurable business impact.
At The TDIT Group, Shannon serves as a Senior Client Partner, focused on driving new client acquisition through strategic, consultative engagement and building partnerships that translate into measurable growth. She has a longstanding relationship with the founders, spanning the last 15 years.
Shannon is also Co-Founder of Seeds of Security Life, driven by a deeply personal mission to help families be better prepared for life’s uncertainties. She helps individuals and families build long-term financial confidence through personalized protection and retirement strategies, specializing in modern life insurance solutions with Living Benefits and plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Rohini Narayan
VP Operations
Rohini brings 25+ years of experience in driving Customer Experience, Operational Excellence, and Business Transformation across the technology, consulting, and community development sectors
She has worked with global enterprises including Microsoft and Dell, leading large-scale initiatives in organizational transformation, customer satisfaction programs, process re-engineering, and business strategy execution. A Black Belt certified leader, she has consistently delivered cost savings, efficiency improvements, and capability building
Most recently, Rohini served as Senior Director at Sutherland Global Services, where she spearheaded the shift from a consumer-focused model to an Enterprise IT–driven organization, building new capabilities, re-engineering processes, and scaling service delivery operations for enterprise clients
