Dipankar Bhawal
Founder and Chief Executive
25 years in the USA and India, reflecting pioneering experiences and year-on-year successes in achieving revenue and business growth.

Dipankar is seen as a trusted adviser for clients and has helped organizations like Twitter (Now X), Google, ebay, PayPal, Snapchat, Intuit, Yahoo! amongst others.
Dipankar spearheaded the build of a co-funded Tech. lab with Google Inc. in San Francisco called ‘CloudLabs’ and ran AI/ML models with Google. Started the Cloud Center of Excellence, leading to cloud adoption, consumption and transformation and inked some extremely strategic deals and alliances.
Led and ran large, multi-cultural, sales, delivery, and six-sigma teams. Dipankar is also a certified change management, lean and six sigma trainer.

Before founding the TDIT Group, Dipankar worked as the SVP and head of sales for Hi-Tech and Fin-Tech with various ITeS organizations in the silicon valley. On the Rutgers Big Data advisory board in San Francisco.

Tanya Kumar
Co-Founder & Chief Digital Officer
22 Years experience in the tech industry with over 15 years in the US having worked with IT Consulting Firms with several projects in deploying CRM Solutions, ERP Implementation, Custom Product Development and Robotics Process Automation.
​
Tanya has led and run software development teams onshore and offshore teams along with managing 24/7 product support teams in the her more recent roles.
​
Most recently worked with Gigamon a Network Security company and Automation Anywhere both based out of Santa Clara, CA.
She also runs a small business Amlya Favors that caters to curated gift hampers for kids and hand crafted activity sheets.

Zoltan Szabadi
Managing Director ARMaaS
Partnerships, Alliance and Cloud Consulting

Zoltan Szabadi has been a technology leader for three decades. He was a founder of three start-ups in the 1990s and 2000s of which two were successfully sold, the latter to a public company.
Zoltan joined Amazon in 2008 to lead partnerships for their third party merchant business. After a few years he shifted into AWS where he founded and built their global emerging partner organization, leading a team of partner managers that oversaw over $1 billion in annual sales. Zoltan later moved to Google Cloud, where he was responsible for launching their Managed Service Provider partnerships and was also a founding leader of the Partner Technical Support team. Again, he built new partnerships and business models from scratch that were driven by dozens of partner managers to hundreds of partners around the globe.
Most recently, Zoltan had been working for mapping providers including VP of Partnerships for Mappedin and Mapbox. He’s now making his unique expertise in Cloud channel sales, technology partnerships, and alliances available to clients ranging from business facing start-ups to enterprise ISVs.

Padmalatha Giridhar

Padmalatha Giridhar is a seasoned technology and operations leader with over 26 years of experience driving enterprise-scale transformation through process automation, cost optimization, and operational excellence. With a strong track record of scaling startups from inception—often as an early team member—she blends entrepreneurial agility with enterprise discipline.
Known as a people-first, “go-to” leader, Padma fosters high-performing, collaborative teams through a “we, not me” philosophy. She has also played a key role in culture and governance, serving as POSH Chief and a member of the Senior Leadership Council, where she championed inclusion, psychological safety, and organizational effectiveness.

Meet Satwick Dwivedi, a Cloud Partner Associate at the TDIT Group, whose journey intertwines a passion for technology with a commitment to innovation. From the outset of his academic career, Satwick was captivated by the world of computers and their endless possibilities.
Transitioning seamlessly from curiosity to expertise, Satwick delved into coding, driven by a desire to understand and master the intricacies of IT. Internships at Virtusa and NIIT Technologies provided invaluable insights, shaping his vision for transformative advancements in the industry. Armed with a diverse skill set from the University of Queensland, he is poised to make significant contributions to the ever-evolving field of IT, fueled by a relentless pursuit of innovation and excellence.

Vivek Shori
Digital Marketing Associate

Meet Vivek Shori, a Digital Marketer with the TDIT Group, Vivek, brings with him diverse skills, ranging from deep domain expertise in SEO, to website design and development.
​
Given Vivek's hunger for ‘Digital’ and a holistic approach to Digital Marketing, he got himself to be proficient in tools like Photoshop and Canva for creating visual content, which could be then linked back to help with SEO.
Vivek also frequently leverages SEMrush for optimizing and managing search engine marketing campaigns.
